Fuel-station management

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the OilMart India software service and mobile application (together, “the Service”), operated by OilMart India (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

OilMart India provides fuel-station management software for petrol-pump dealers in India — including sales and shift entry, reconciliation, inventory and tank management, credit accounts, lubricants, statutory reports and, on eligible plans, a live link to forecourt automation. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts and access

• Accounts are issued to authorised dealership owners, managers and staff. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• The dealership owner is responsible for managing their users’ access and roles.
• You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions, fees and setup

• The Service is offered on monthly per-station plans. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of GST.
• Automation plans include a one-time on-site setup charge, quoted before installation.
• Fees are payable in advance for each billing period. We may revise prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Forecourt automation

Where you enable the automation link, the Service reads data from your station’s existing automation system over a secure connection. We do not modify, control or install software on the station’s own automation controller. Availability of automation features depends on your controller and network, and on the third-party automation system continuing to function.

Your data

Operational and account data you enter remains yours. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data (CSV / Tally) at any time while your subscription is active.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach security, access other dealerships’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for your own statutory and tax compliance; the Service is a tool to assist, not a substitute for professional advice.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and to provide reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from data you entered incorrectly, from your own automation hardware, or from third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data, subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the place of our principal business.
